Steps from Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, the largest of Jefferson Health’s three New Jersey hospitals, the modern and adaptable building is ideally suited to the diverse needs of healthcare or wellness tenants. The property is also strategically framed by Routes 42, 55 and 322 providing easy access and convenience for patients throughout Washington Township and surrounding areas.

The property’s innovative mixed-use design centered on a 40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical office building anchored by Rothman Orthopaedics, plus an additional 22,000 square feet of retail space leased to healthcare tenants.
