News Release: Vitalis Acquires Henry Ford Health MOB for $15 million

The transaction closed on April 22nd, 2022.

Vitalis and Advenir, acquired a 37,562 SF medical office building in West Bloomfield, MI, 100% occupied by Henry Ford Health on a NNN lease. The building sold for $15,050,000 on April 22nd. Henry Ford Medical Center is strategically located on a heavily trafficked corner 1.5 miles from the Henry Ford Hospital. Services at this facility include Imagining & Radiology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Diagnostics, Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Pediatrics and a Pharmacy.

“West Bloomfield’s strong demographics, the MOB’s synergies with the Hospital and lack of developable land align with Vitals’ strategy to aggregate Healthcare Network NNN assets nationally,” says Managing Director Elliot LaBreche.

Henry Ford Health is the largest health system in the state of Michigan and continues to grow patient visits and revenue year over year. Henry Ford Health has become one of the nation’s leading comprehensive, integrated health systems, with six hospitals, numerous medical centers and over 30,000 employees.
