The newly renovated building sits on 2.78 acres and is across the street from the Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital campus.

The seller was represented by CBRE U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets led by Chris Bodnar. The transaction closed on April 15, 2022 at an undisclosed price.
