Bolton Avenue in Alexandria, Louisiana. The building was built in 2007, totals 82,500 square feet, and contains 8 Operating Rooms. The Surgical Center performs a wide range of surgeries including Orthopedic, Neurological, Cardio-Vascular, and Gastroenterology. The tenant is a Joint Venture between CHRISTUS Health and local physicians.
