The 12,500 square foot building was completed in 2017 and includes 4 Operating Rooms and 8 recovery suites. The anchor tenant in the building is Wake Forest Baptist Health System which is part of Atrium Health, the largest health system in the State of North Carolina. A wide range of surgeries are performed at the building including Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Plastic Reconstructive.
