– $9,600,000 Transaction –

(Denver, CO.) – Fairfield Advisors, a national Real Estate Advisory firm focused on the HealthCare marketplace, facilitated the sale of the Wake Forest Baptist Health Surgery Center. The 12,500 square foot building was completed in 2017 and includes 4 Operating Rooms and 8 recovery suites. The anchor tenant in the building is Wake Forest Baptist Health System which is part of Atrium Health, the largest health system in the State of North Carolina. A wide range of surgeries are performed at the building including Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Plastic Reconstructive.
