Mr. Beck brings extensive life science, property management, construction and operations expertise to the role
DENVER, June 16, 2021 – National healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group announced today that life science real estate veteran Jason M. Beck has joined its firm as senior vice president real estate development – life sciences.
Mr. Beck’s role is to grow Denver-based NexCore’s healthcare real estate activities in the life sciences sector. His expertise in the areas of life sciences property management and development, construction and operations complement NexCore’s nationwide strategy to grow in this important sector.

Mr. Beck joins NexCore from The Boldt Co., where he served the nationwide general contractor as Project Executive focusing on ESG (environmental, social and governance), resiliency and health and wellness projects for the Life Science, healthcare, technology and institutional industries. Concurrently, he served as President and CEO of Arcadia Advisory, where he focused on owner representation, project management, real estate technology strategy and aggregation consulting for various clientele and industries to plan, design, construct and manage facilities. In addition, he has worked for such firms as Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., Cumming Corporation, SSOE Inc., Novo Construction and Yonkers Industries and Home Depot Supply Inc. He also served as Senior Project Manager for Kinetic Systems Inc. and as Project Manager for DPR Construction, Inc.
Mr. Beck is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management, from the Del E. Webb School of Construction. He is a BOMA SF PAC Board Member; Navy Seal Foundation Mentor; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Corporation Outreach Board Member; International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) Board Member; Institute for Sustainable Laboratories(I2SL) Board Member at Large; California Life Sciences Association (CLSA) Member, and Biocom Member.
