New York-based CityMD discusses how it uses ‘customer analytics’ to keep growing
NEW YORK — There is a well-known, international coffee purveyor that, as it grew fervently years ago, used to simply open locations wherever and whenever it could until it became clear that certain stores were “cannibalizing” each other.
For a large and still growing urgent care provider in the Greater New York area, such a model would be a “little bit more expensive when we miss,” joked Dr. Nedal Shami, chief growth officer of New York-based CityMD.
