We concluded another successful year for Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ Dec. 4, 2019, as we presented the 2019 HREI Insights Awards™ during the GlobeSt (formerly RealShare) Healthcare Real Estate (HRE) conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

In addition to the usual excitement of naming the winners, we also experienced two “firsts.” San Diego-based PMB was the first firm to win three development awards in a single year, and Dallas-based Caddis was the first firm to win the award for three consecutive years in the same category.

Here is a complete list of the 2019 winners:

■ Best New MOB or Other Outpatient Facility (25,000 to 49,999 s.f.): Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo, El Centro, Calif., developed by PMB.

■ Best New MOB or Other Outpatient Facility (50,000 to 99,999 s.f.): Bristol Health Medical Care Center, Bristol, Conn., developed by Rendina
■ Best New MOB or Other Outpatient Facility (100,000 s.f. or more): 1100 Van Ness, San Francisco, developed by PMB.

■ Best Renovated or Repurposed Healthcare Facility: Goodyear Medical Plaza, Goodyear, Ariz., developed by PMB

■ Hospitals and Other Inpatient Facilities Best New Ground-Up Development: Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto, Calif., developed by Stanford Health Care

■ Post-Acute & Senior Living Facilities Best New Ground-Up Development: Heartis Village Brookfield, Wis., developed by Caddis

■ Healthcare Real Estate Executive of the Year: Greg Venn of NexCore Group LP

■ Lifetime Achievement Award: David Emery of Healthcare Realty Trust
