ATLANTA, December 13, 2017 – Development of 371 East Paces Ferry, a premier medical office building located in the heart of Buckhead, has topped out and is three-quarters of the way through construction. The nine-story, 120,000-square-foot building is targeting an April 2018 opening. The Loudermilk Cos. broke ground on the project in February 2017.

“371 East Paces Ferry offers a unique opportunity for tenants to enter a new Class A office building in the heart of one of the city’s premier live, work and play destinations,” said Robin Loudermilk, President and CEO of The Loudermilk Companies.

George Olmstead, Senior Director and Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group, is overseeing leasing at the property. Recently, Cushman & Wakefield secured a 3,576-square-foot lease with Interventional Orthopedics of Atlanta, LLC, led by Dr. Chris Williams. The company joins Concord Pharmacy, Piedmont Medical Care Corp., Peachtree Dermatology, and Kalos Surgical Associates.

“No new medical office buildings have been delivered in Atlanta proper since Piedmont West, and the few Class A MOBs that exist within the city are very constrained and nearly fully leased,” Olmstead said. “MOB practitioners looking for in-town space that’s high-end and easily accessible have limited options, and 371 East Paces Ferry checks all the boxes for those users.”

371 East Paces Ferry, located in the heart of Buckhead Village, will be accessible from E. Paces Ferry Road and Buckhead Avenue, and will include 485 parking spaces in a seven-level deck and offer valet parking.
