The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the CHRISTUS San Antonio Medical Portfolio (the “Portfolio”) in San Antonio, Texas. Lee Asher and Chris Bodnar of the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group partnered with Scott Herbold in the San Antonio market to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Portfolio consists of Santa Rosa Professional Pavilion and Rosa Verde Tower, located on the CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital of San Antonio campus, and Northwest Tower I and II located on the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Medical Center campus. CHRISTUS Health (Moody’s ‘A1‘) currently leases 19.1% of the 423,411-square foot Portfolio. Other prominent tenants within the Portfolio include LabCorp (Moody’s ‘Baa2’) and a CVS Pharmacy (Moody’s ‘Baa1’), to bring the total investment grade tenant occupancy to 23.4% of the Portfolio.
