The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of Chino Hills Professional Plaza MOB (the “Property”) in Chino Hills, California. Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of the CBRE  U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group acted as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.

The Property is located in one of the most affluent markets in Southern California. Built in 2003, it is 97.4% leased and anchored by Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC), a 437-bed, fully accredited, acute care hospital serving eastern Los Angeles and western San Bernardino counties. In addition to the hospital, which offers primary care, urgent care, imaging, and physical therapy services, the building features medical services that include dermatology, obstetrics & gynecology, dentistry and orthodontics, genetic research, healthcare industry staffing, preventive cardiology and a pharmacy.
