Outpatient Projects: Ryan Cos. U.S. breaks ground on cancer treatment center in ASU Research Park

TEMPE, Ariz. – Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. U.S. has started work on what will be its ninth build-to-suit development in the Arizona State University (ASU) Research Park in Tempe, about 10 miles south of the main ASU campus.

EL PASO, Texas – Construction is now complete on Houston-based Medistar Corp.’s new MOB on the campus of a future teaching and community hospital in the growing western area of El Paso.

Although the size and cost of a future hospital planned for Eau Claire, Wis., have yet to be disclosed, the above rendering of a project being planned by Marshfield Clinic Health System shows a facility with multiple stories.

Dodge foresees an overall decline in square footage and value compared with last year U.S. healthcare construction starts will decline slightly this year, according to estimates from the construction data research firm Dodge Data & Analytics.
