Medical office space demand grew, Marcus & Millichap says

Last year was another good one for the healthcare real estate (HRE) sector, as records were broken once again in both the number of transactions (371), number of 20,000-plus square foot medical office buildings (MOBs) sold (470) and the total dollar sales volume ($5.9 billion). That’s according to Macrus & Millichap’s Spring 2016 Medical Office Newsletter.
