Dodge foresees an overall decline in square footage and value compared with last year

U.S. healthcare construction starts will decline slightly this year, according to estimates from the construction data research firm Dodge Data & Analytics. But the numbers seem to confirm a perceived long-term trend of increased focus on outpatient care.
