(JULY 27, 2016 – HOUSTON) – Transwestern’s Houston headquarters today announces Houston Methodist has leased 19,589 square feet in the League Line Medical Office Building located at 4015 Interstate 45 North in Conroe, Texas, for a Comprehensive Care Center, including primary and specialty care. Transwestern’s Brandy Bellow Spinks and Scott Carter, vice presidents in the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Services Group, represented The RMR Group, the property’s manager.
“We are pleased Houston Methodist chose the League Line Medical Office Building to house its new center,” said Bellow Spinks. “Houston Methodist is a great addition to this Class A building, and we look forward to the organization’s continued growth in Conroe.”
The new facility opened for patient care May 9, 2016, providing primary care and specialty care, including orthopedics and sports medicine and imaging. Additionally, neurology and neurosurgery practices will become available as early as summer 2016. The facility is equipped with X-ray, full laboratory and outpatient therapy services.
