Bethesda, Md. (July 27, 2016) – Capital One announced today that it has provided an $11.9 million first mortgage to MedProperties Holdings, LLC to finance the acquisition of the 28,000-square-foot Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery in Mokena, Illinois.
