Healthcare Real Estate Expands in Central Florida
PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 18, 2016) Catalyst CRE, a healthcare real estate consulting, investment, and development firm; is excited to announce the $16.9M acquisition of the Robert Boissoneault Oncology Institute (RBOI) facilities located throughout Central Florida.
Under the terms of the deal, Catalyst CRE will acquire and leaseback five medical office buildings currently operated by the Institute. The acquisition will add over 55,000 square feet to the fast-growing portfolio of healthcare real estate at Catalyst CRE.
RBOI has been the dominant and premier Radiation Oncology provider in Marion, Citrus, and Lake-Sumter County areas, and the first in the area to be accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The institute works closely with their patients and referring clinicians to passionately treat a variety of cancers with state-of-the-art technology in a caring environment.
Optimize Care Through Real Estate Management
Catalyst CRE has completed the acquisition of three of the five buildings with one each in Ocala, The Villages, and Lecanto. The majority of the $16.9 million deal closed in June 2016, with final closing for RBOI’s facilities in Inverness and an additional location in Ocala to occur in September 2016.
