(Woodridge, Ill.) – Morgan / Harbour is pleased to announce the firm has completed a relocation and interior build-out for the Heart Care Center of Illinois located at 10260 W. 191st Street in Mokena, Illinois.
Heart Care Center of Illinois consists of 25 Cardiologists practicing a complete spectrum of cardiovascular and peripheral-vascular care. Heart Care Centers has received numerous regional and national accolades for their quality and cutting edge care. This specialty group was established in the 1970’s and maintains six locations in Illinois. Morgan / Harbour were selected to assist the medical group with the relocation of its Mokena location to the new space on 191st Street. Construction to the 9,570 square foot space included high-end finishes to the nurse’s station as well as upgrades to the reception and lobby areas.
Morgan / Harbour’s construction team was led by Clay Scheller, project executive, Marrico Crum, project manager and Jerry Hawkinson, project superintendent. Gary Lira provided the architectural services and Irgens is the property developer.
