What do you think is ahead for healthcare real estate in 2016?
“Unlike some involved in the sector, I think we will see an increase in the number of monetizations, or sales of medical office buildings by hospitals and health systems, in the coming year. If I were to put a number on it, I’d say there’s a possibility of five or six of these monetizations coming in 2016.”
