About 70% predict growth of at least 10 percent in 2016
As they have for the past several years, Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) members recently declared their optimism for 2016 in the healthcare real estate (HRE) sector.
But some board members did note that they do not believe that the manic pace and record-setting pricing achieved in the medical office building (MOB) sales market can be maintained for years to come.
