FORT MYERS, Fla. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) announced March 25 that it has arranged the sale of the 39,281 square foot Orthopedic Medical Center in Fort Myers for $14.8 million, or about $377 PSF.
The buyer is New York-based Rose Hill Fort Myers LLC and the seller was The Macsydney Co. LLC. CNL Financial Group provided an $8.8 million first mortgage, according to RCA.
