GERMANTOWN, Tenn. – It’s been nearly five years since any new, rentable medical office space has opened in the Germantown area in the eastern suburbs of Memphis. Now, Memphis-based Cypress Realty Holdings Co. has completed the two-story, 36,000 square foot Medical Arts II Building in a well-known medical corridor in Germantown, about 20 miles southeast of downtown Memphis. When the project was announced in 2013, the price tag was an estimated $4.1 million.
