■ Milwaukee-based developer Irgens, recently started construction on an MOB for Carlinville Area Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Carlinville, Ill. The one-story, 28,000 square foot medical building will be connected to the hospital and provide outpatient physician clinical space, physical therapy, occupational therapy and behavioral health services. The facility is expected to be completed this summer. HGA Architects is designing the facility.
