New campus faces more uncertainty after being more than $400M over budget

Veterans in the Denver area are going to have to wait a little longer to receive state-of-the art healthcare.
The long-awaited VA hospital being built in the suburb of Aurora has experienced numerous delays and now faces a budget crisis.
