Vincent M. Cozzi, who was in charge of medical office building (MOB) investing for Ventas Inc. (NYSE: VTR), recently left his post to become co-president and chief investment officer of Toronto-based NorthWest International Healthcare Properties REIT (TSXV: MOB.UN).
