BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – As one project ends, another begins. Such is the case for Birmingham-based real estate developer The Sanders Trust (TST) as it expands its portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
The company recently announced the completion of Lake Granbury Medical Center, a 41,000 square foot MOB near Fort Worth. The three-story facility cost $8.7 million and took less than a year to complete. It will be home to orthopedics and cardiology groups as well as sports medicine providers.
