HUDSON, Wis. – Presbyterian Homes & Services, a Roseville, Minn.-based non-profit, faith-based housing developer, announced that it will develop a 160-unit senior housing and assisted living community and a clinic adjacent to the Hudson Hospital campus near Interstate 94 in Hudson. The cost for the project is estimated at $40 million to $42 million.
Presbyterian, which operates about 40 senior living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa, is buying 15 acres owned by Hudson Hospital & Clinic for the project. The medical suite, which will house a DaVita dialysis clinic for providing on-site services to residents, is expected to open this fall.
