Back in the early 2000s, people involved in healthcare real estate might’ve asked each other, “Are you going to BOMA’s MOB conference this year?” These days, the conference has become so familiar in the healthcare real estate (HRE) sector that is has simply referred to as “BOMA.”
That’s because as the HRE sector itself has grown tremendously since the early 2000s, so has BOMA International’s Medical Office Buildings + Healthcare Facili-ties Conference. It’s at the point now where sector professionals plan on attending each and every year, not only to network and get deals done but to take in the wide-ranging panels and keynote speakers on the agenda.
