$108 million, two-building, 12-story, 314-unit Ventana project to open by 2018

The Buckner Retirement Services unit of Buckner International, a global faith-based ministry that serves vulnerable children, senior adults and families, announced plans March 28 for Ventana by Buckner, a 314-apartment senior living community in North Dallas.

Financial details were not included in the news release announcing the project, but news media reports say the cost of the project will be $108 million.
