DENVER – Louisville, Colo.-based Balfour Senior Living announced that it has broken ground on the $74 million, 275,000 square foot Balfour at Riverfront Park at 15th and Little Raven streets in downtown Denver.
The independent living, assisting living and memory care community will be adjacent to the historic Moffat Train Depot, which will be incorporated into the project as a great room.
