(Dyer, Ind.) Holladay Properties is pleased to announce a new 10 year lease deal with CardioSpecialists Group and Midwest Arrhythmia Consultants, a preeminent comprehensive cardiology group practice. CardioSpecialists will occupy 6,800 square feet in Suite 400 of at the Medical Pavilion South building located at 2150 Gettler Street on the campus of the Franciscan Alliance Saint Margaret Hospital in Dyer, Ind. With four current locations throughout northwest Indiana, the southwest suburbs of Illinois and Kankakee, CardioSpecialists Group is expanding its presence in Dyer to accommodate their growing practice focusing on cardiac and vascular medicine.
Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for the 63,486 square foot, three story medical office building owned by an investment group led by Holladay’s Portage, Ind. office. Michael O’Connor, VP of Leasing & Development for Holladay Properties represented the building ownership group in the transaction. Holladay Properties along with Holladay Construction Group will manage the design and construction of the new facilities for CardioSpecialists Group. Construction will begin in May, 2014 and will be completed for occupancy in August.
