State agency approves Washington Hospital’s plan for 250,000 s.f. facility in Fremont, Calif.

This fall, Washington Hospital in Freemont, Calif., aims to start construction on its long-planned, $300 million Morris Hyman Critical Care Pavilion and a seven-story, 680-space parking garage.
