The MOB is at 900 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock, about 25 miles north of Atlanta. The MOB is being leased solely by Northside Hospital and houses a wide variety of outpatient healthcare services and physician practices, representing numerous medical specialties.
The MOB has an adjacent three-story, 350-space parking garage, which complements 159 surface parking spaces. The MOB is located about four miles south of Northside’s Holly Springs Medical Campus and 11 miles south of the future home of the Northside Hospital-Cherokee replacement campus. The MOB is owned by Duke Realty Towne Lake Development LLC, a wholly-owned entity of Duke Realty Limited Partnership. The MOB is Class A and has been submitted for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council as an environmentally-friendly facility.
“We are excited about this new facility and the increased access it will provide the community to the high-quality health care services they have come to expect from Northside,” says Billy Hayes, CEO of Northside Hospital-Cherokee. “This new campus is sure to be a valuable healthcare resource to the citizens of the south Cherokee (Towne Lake and Woodstock) areas.”
“The new medical office building is conveniently located at the highly visible northwest corner of Interstate 575 and Towne Lake Parkway,” says Deeni Taylor, Duke Realty Executive Vice President for Healthcare. “We were pleased to partner with Northside Hospital to develop a beautiful, new community asset that will deliver superior healthcare.”
