Breaking News: Cottonwood Place Senior Living Breaks Ground – ISL to Manage New Community

CARLSBAD, CA (July 15, 2013) – Integral Senior Living (ISL), a leader in managing senior living communities, is pleased to announce a new community it will be managing.  Cottonwood Place Senior Living in Holladay, UT, recently broke ground to begin construction of the new assisted living and memory care community.

The new community, located at 5600 South Highland Drive, is a 127,733 SF, two-story assisted living and memory care community with an underground parking garage.  Sahara Construction is the design/build contractor and Beecher Walker Architects is the designer of this upscale senior living community. The project is owned by Dave Farrell, an independent developer of assisted living & memory care communities in California and Utah.
