CHICAGO, July 9, 2013 – EnTrust Realty Advisors, LLC, announces the sale of the Lincoln Healthcare Building, a 39,899 SF medical office building in Bettendorf, IA. James I. Clark III, EnTrust’s Managing Principal, announced the transaction.
EnTrust Realty Advisors and NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the seller, a private partnership, in the transaction; Mel Foster Commercial represented the buyer, a local private investor.
Located at 865 Lincoln Road, the building is anchored by Genesis Health System which has been a tenant since the property’s inception and leases 92% of the building. The building is strategically located in close proximity to its four main hospital campuses: Genesis Medical Center –Davenport; Genesis Medical Center – Illini Campus; Genesis Medical Center-DeWitt; and Genesis Medical Center-Aledo. Clinical programming at the facility includes pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, diagnostics, and primary care.
