LITTLE ROCK. Ark. – The well-known healthcare corridor near St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Midtown Little Rock has not seen the building of new medical office space for many years – until now, that is.
Little Rock Medical Associates (LRMA) and its affiliates recently started construction on a new $18 million, “Class A” MOB on a parcel it owns at the northwest corner of U.S. Interstate 630 and University Avenue.
