The healthcare real estate (HRE) sector has quietly rebounded during the past three years and plenty of development and investment opportunities remain.
That seemed to be the consensus of the presenters and panelists who appeared at the recent Minnesota Real Estate Journal 2013 Healthcare and Medical Properties Conference. The annual event, held March 26 in the Minneapolis suburb of Golden Valley, Minn., showcased 17 industry experts who covered topics ranging from the overall state of the HRE sector to development and investment opportunities to healthcare in retail locations and more.
