This time, REIT pays $48.7M for facility on campus of physician-owned hospital

In recent months, officials with Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Healthcare Trust of America Inc. (NYSE: HTA) expressed how pleased they were to acquire a medical office building (MOB) on the campus of the physician-owned Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas.
The $26.75 million purchase by the publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) of the 68,874 square foot Forest Park Pavilion was highlighted in the February edition of Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ . (For more on that transaction, please see “HTA lands MOB on doc-owned campus” on Page 5 of that edition.)
Well, HTA has now doubled its pleasure on the Forest Park campus, as it recently closed on the other MOB on site, paying
