Outpatient Projects: MOBs going up at new Texas hospitals

DUKE REALTY DEVELOPING 186,500 S.F. OF SPACE FOR SCOTT & WHITE SYSTEM

Duke Realty is developing the 66,500 square foot Scott & White Specialty Care Clinic at the Wayne & Eileen Hurd Regional Medical Center, Marble Falls, Texas – one of two new projects the firm is working on for the system.

Construction is under way on two medical office buildings (MOBs) on two separate future hospital campuses of Temple, Texas-based Scott & White Healthcare.

The MOBs, which are being developed by Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE), are being built in Marble Falls, about 50 miles northwest of Austin, and in College Station, home of Texas A&M University.
