Dear Reader:
There have been several occasions when I’ve asked readers to pick up the phone and give me a call about what they’re seeing in the healthcare real estate sector.
Typically, I will hear from a few readers. But, hey, I know most of you are very busy and, let’s face, it’s our job to reach out to you to get the latest news on developments, transactions, and trends. But this time, I think I have something that could spur a much stronger response from readers because it pertains to what might have been the statement heard ‘round the world of healthcare real estate.
