OWNER/OPERATOR, PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM BUY SIX MOBS IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based AW Property Co. has a goal of substantially adding to its medical office building (MOB) portfolio – up to $250 million worth – in its home state of Florida in a three-year period.

At the same time, Dallas-based MedProperties Holdings LLC, a rather prolific private equity investor that concentrates solely on financing healthcare developments and acquisitions, has a goal of entering new and growing markets and partnering with healthcare real estate firms that it considers to be successful, knowledgeable, and well-established.
