Companies: JLL-led 410-bed hospital project done

There were weather challenges and a labor strike to overcome, but the new Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Ind., was completed a month early and was basically $11 million under budget.

 The 410-bed hospital project was led by a team that included Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) and its project and development services group as the program manager, Fort Wayne-based Weigand Construction and Indianapolis-based Pepper Construction as the construction firms, and Dallas-based HKS Architects as the designer.
