Nautilus Group Inc. is completing construction of the 50,000 square foot 16th Street Outpatient Surgery and Medical Building is Berkeley, Calif. The facility is 100 percent leased by UCLA Health System.

Work is wrapping up on a new 50,000 square foot MOB in Santa Monica where visitors will have their cars parked and retrieved by a fully automated system.
The developer of the 16th Street Outpatient Surgery and Medical Building is Berkeley, Calif.-based Nautilus Group Inc., which built the facility for UCLA Health System adjacent to its brand new UCLA Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital in Santa Monica.
