The fourth quarter (Q4) was supposed to bring plenty of good cheer and the closing of a number of large medical office building (MOB) transactions.
Even though things remained relatively quiet on the Q4 sales front through the end of November, several professionals involved in the sector report that a number of deals are indeed in the works and could be under contract in the waning days of 2011 or early 2012.
