FACILITIES NEEDED DESPITE ‘PERFECT STORM’

The question we have been asked most frequently in recent months has probably been, “When do you think healthcare real estate development and monetization activity will rebound?”
Folks recall wistfully the boom of the early to mid-2000s, before the capital crisis, Great Recession and healthcare reform squelched much of the activity.
Fortunately, based on what we have seen recently, a rebound in development might finally be gaining traction. That also seems to be the sentiment among most of the healthcare real estate professionals with whom we speak.
