BUT SALES PROFESSIONALS REMAIN OPTIMISTIC

Hopefully, this was just a hiccup, the disappointing MOB sales volume that kicked off 2011 – a year that many professionals had predicted would be rife with plenty of opportunities and transactions.
Instead, according to statistics compiled by New York-based Real Capital Analytics (RCA) Inc., the first quarter (Q1) saw MOB sales of just $410.1 million – that’s a quarter-over-quarter drop of a whopping 74.33 percent from Q4 2010.
