As far as Philip J. “P.J.” Camp is concerned, the healthcare industry’s delivery model is the process of taking on a whole new look, and it will continue to evolve in the era of reform, employed physicians, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), accountable care organizations (ACOs), increased competition and a host of other big changes.
As a result, some of the companies who serve hospitals and health systems find themselves needing to adapt their business strategies as well.
Nowadays and in the future they will be asked to do more than market and broker medical office buildings (MOBs) or build new outpatient facilities on hospital-owned land.
