The 106-bed, four-story, 224,414 square foot St. Luke’s Hospital at The Vintage marks the fifth collaboration since 2000 between Houston-based St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Co.

A new hospital opened recently in a large planned, mixed-use community in northwest Houston.

The new hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital at The Vintage, is a 106-bed, four-story, 224,414 square foot facility. It marks the fifth collaboration since 2000 between Houston-based St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Co.

During the past 11 years, Hammes, a healthcare consulting firm, has served as St. Luke’s development partner for three hospital and two medical office building (MOB) projects. In addition, another MOB is in development on the campus of the new hospital.
