LaSalle Group breaks ground for Tulsa assisted living facility

Company leadership, principal investors and other key area partners will gather to kick-off  the newest addition to the Autumn Leaves family at official ground breaking ceremonies Thursday, December 2, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Ceremonies will take place at the site located at 7807 S. Mingo in Tulsa, OK. 

Tulsa marks the fourth regional market that The LaSalle Group has entered into since breaking ground on its first innovative development over 10 years ago.

Autumn Leaves of Tulsa will be the 16th property developed by LaSalle over the past ten years.  Currently, The LaSalle Group has nine Autumn Leaves communities operating successfully in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, three in the greater Chicago area, and one property currently operating in Houston with two more scheduled to open after the first of the year.

Autumn Leaves of Tulsa is scheduled to be completed and accepting residents by fall 2011. Construction and Management   

Lake Superior Contracting, LaSalle’s in-house, full-service construction division, will coordinate and manage the design and construction of the new property ensuring the distinctive, research-based structural design attributed to all of LaSalle’s Autumn Leaves communities is in place.  Sister firm Constant Care Management Company will manage and oversee all of the day-to-day operations once the community opens.
