FIRM BUYS PROPERTY ON PROVENA SAINT JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS

Rendina Cos. recently acquired the three-story, 70,023 square foot Madison
Medical Plaza in Joliet, Ill., for an undisclosed price.

Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Cos. recently acquired a three-story, 70,023 square foot MOB in Joliet, Ill., for an undisclosed price.
The MOB, known as Madison Medical Plaza, is on the campus of the 480-bed Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Versa Property Management, a Rendina affiliate, will be responsible for property management services for the MOB.
Richard M. “Rich” Rendina, chairman and CEO of Rendina, said in a news release that the acquisition enhances the company’s ongoing relationship with Provena Health. The Catholic health system has six hospitals, 16 long-term care and seniors housing facilities, 28 clinics and a variety of other healthcare-related facilities.
